Welcome to Lakeside Villas
Our Villa has 6 large bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and offers approximately 3800 sq ft of modern accommodation.
Outside you will find a fully heated South West facing pool with built in Spa overlooking the lake / conservation area. There is plenty of deck space including 5' behind the pool so plenty of space on which to enjoy the luxurious sun loungers. We have an outside 42" TV, various tables and chairs and movable umbrella. The deck area has 2 ceiling fans and is fully enclosed by a lanai. You can also enjoy our 2 recently installed electric sun shades to give you plenty of shade if required
Inside the decoration is light, modern contemporary. There is full air conditioning with ceiling fans in every room, superfast broadband, full TV package and all TV's are Smart or connected to the Frontier TV package.
The main living area and loft space have 65" TV's. The loft space has a Playstation 4 and electric guitar. We have plenty of USB sockets both built in and through USB charging hubs to ensure all your portable devices have somewhere to charge.
The interior was furnished by a local interior design company and we hope we have included everything you may need for a relaxing vacation, including a fully equipped kitchen, with new air fryer.
The games room has air hockey and slate bed American pool table.
For those who unfortunately may need to do some work whilst on vacation, we have 2 desks, 4 screens and a laser printer in the chill out room, although you will need to purchase ink for the printer.
The laundry room includes Whirlpool electric washer and dryer, electric iron, mop, vacuum cleaner and laundry chute for getting any washing from the upstairs, downstairs.
If you choose Pool Heating we will heat the pool to 90 degrees F and the Spa to 98 degrees F. Please note that these temperatures are approximate and dependant on weather conditions. The heating will be switched on, the morning of your arrival and may take a couple of days to reach the temperature.

- Michael Dasher designed, 18 Hole, par 72, Championship golf course with newly laid greens (Jan 2019), driving range, short game area, putting green and golf academy for those wanting to learn
- Clubhouse with excellent food (lunch) and Bingo / Games nights
- 2 x Floodlit tennis courts and plenty of Paddle courts
- 2 x resort style pools with slides and lap pool for exercising
- A family orientated fitness centre - Newly refurbished in January 2020.
- Wide side walks for safe cycling, jogging and walking. The clubhouse is about a 1 mile walk from the villa.

About the owners
Our names are Shaun and Mandi and together with our daughters Danielle and Michaella, we are the Wilkinson family.
We first discovered the delights of renting Villas 20 years ago and have rented in Bulgaria, USA, Spain, the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Cyprus, Portugal. About 16 years ago we rented in Istria, Croatia, fell in love the place and promptly bought some land and built our very own home from home. After successfully renting the property for many years it was time to say goodbye and we sold our villa in early 2019 before buying our second dream home from home in Providence near Orlando.
Having been avid villa renters and having the experience of owning our own villa, we feel we have a great insight into what makes a great villa holiday. We have furnished and decorated to a high 5 star standard so that you can relax in beautiful surroundings and enjoy your vacation.
